Roy is Chartered Engineer & a Project Management Professional with a degree in Civil, Water & Environmental Engineering and a Masters in Innovation in Social Enterprise. Roy’s experience is predominantly in delivering the various stages of public infrastructure, from strategic planning, concept and preliminary design through to construction stage. Roy is a Senior Engineer with Dublin City Council, leading their Protection of Water Bodies Office where his focus is delivering nature based solutions to build flood resilience for Dublin City, tackle water quality challenges and provide better amenity value for the citizens of Dublin.
